SNOWBOARD SERVICE

We recommend the automatic base resoler P-TEX Master or MRS. Both machines create a positive resoling of base defects as well as a high capacity per hour for skis and snowboards. For manual repairs, we recommend the use of the MONTY base extruder.

Using the MONTANA stone grinding system, many different structures can be produced: from simple linear structures up to complex vario structures. MONTANA-stone grinding means absolutely fiber free grinding of the snowboard base.

The unique MONTANA Side Edge System grinds the side edge in an exact angle. The specially developed ceramic sanding belts are guided in an exact angle over the ceramic sliding block, the result for the edge is:

The unique MONTANA-HTT-Tuning System polishes the base edge. The burrs which have been produced during the grinding of the side edge will be removed. The specially developed grinding stones will be shaped in an exact angle, the result for the edge is:

Some MONTANA robots are equipped with an integrated wax and polishing unit. An additional tuning by hand is not necessary, the customer gets a ski or board ready to use. For manual waxing and polishing operations, there are additional MONTANA technologies available.
